JSC “FPC” pursues a unified corporate policy of “RZD” Holding within the personnel management area in accordance with the Strategy of developing workforce capacity of JSC “RZD” for the period up to 2015. 

Total number of the Company employees is above 77 thousand persons.

This large team working in 15 branches located from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok is managed by more than 5 thousand managers including more than 2 thousand all-coach trains heads.

The basic part of the company personnel being almost 50 thousand persons includes employees who directly deal with clients (passengers).

Workforce capacity development

The Company does active work on increasing in the level of servicing passengers by selecting human resources in a quality manner. In order to develop the required skills directly at workplaces, psychologists conduct practical trainings using interactive forms of education and individual consulting.  

The development of students’ team movements is an important area of work with students. JSC “FPC” annually involves students for the work in students’ teams as passenger car attendants and agents.
